## Document understanding

- More than 50 built-in regulatory rules covering California and Delaware corporate law, SEC Regulation D, California securities law, the HSR Act, and corporate governance best practices.
- Rules are applied automatically based on each matter's transaction type, jurisdiction, and deal value.
- Each matter receives an overall compliance score with a clear breakdown by category.
